When do the spring bi-weekly subscriptions start?

As soon as the tulips bloom. This will depend on the year and how early spring shows up. The first bouquet will likely be ready at the end of May and the second bouquet will be delivered two weeks later. I will communicate exact dates via e-mail with my spring subscribers.
